We provide full service contract manufacturing from product development and DFM through prototyping, mold manufacturing, plastic injection molding, sourcing, assembly, testing, and production ramp-up. You can use the complete program or select only the services your team needs. Keeping engineering, tooling, manufacturing, and supply chain management under one team reduces handoffs and gives you a clearer path from concept to finished product.
What information should I send to request a contract manufacturing quote?
Send any available 3D CAD files, 2D drawings, bill of materials, material specifications, target annual volume, quality requirements, and required delivery date. If the design is not complete, tell us the product’s intended function, target market, and current development stage. Our team can identify the missing inputs and recommend the next step before preparing a detailed quote.
Can you support a project from prototype to production?
Yes. Our prototype-to-production services can begin with product design support, simulation, or 3D printing for functional prototypes. We then support DFM, tooling, pilot builds, NPI manufacturing, assembly, and production scale-up. This staged approach lets your team verify form, fit, function, and manufacturability before committing to full-volume production.
Do you accept low-volume or pilot production orders?
Project fit and minimum order quantity depend on the materials, processes, tooling, assembly content, and purchasing requirements involved. We support small-batch validation as well as larger production programs. Include your pilot quantity, expected annual demand, and forecasted ramp-up in the inquiry so we can propose a practical manufacturing route and volume-based pricing.
How long does a contract manufacturing project take?
Lead time depends on the starting point and scope. A build using released tooling and approved specifications is different from a new product that still needs design, prototyping, sourcing, and validation. After reviewing your files and requirements, we can provide a milestone plan covering engineering, prototype or tooling approval, NPI, production, and shipment. Sharing a target launch date early helps us identify the critical path.
How do you manage supply chain and production risk?
Our supply chain management services coordinate material availability, supplier deliveries, production planning, and logistics.
